I am a self-confident woman. To be confident, the first and foremost quality you should have is, believe in yourself. So I do. I always have the courage to try something new and even if I don't succeed in the first time, I have a feeling that I learnt something new and I will use this knowledge to achieve my goal next time. If I don't like what I am doing, I will not put in all my efforts into it. I love whatever I am doing and try to immerse myself into it. Many times people around me will made me doubt on myself but in the end, I got the zeal to learn something new and to be more confident. Sudoku, puzzles, riddles, board games, card games, and similar activities not only make my mood better, but they also improve my memory and work out my brain. I meditate if I want to relax. Meditation also became interesting to me because I have read that we can control our own brain waves and feel whatever we want to feel whenever we want to.
