Fact about me - I love sweets, so you can often see me sneaking a chocolate bar or two during class (shh, don't tell my students). In my free time, I love going out with my friends, who are also my partners in our never-ending quest to find the perfect place to eat ice cream. In fact, I am a caring person and try to bring that energy to my classes, but I also know how to have a good laugh and believe that yoga and meditation should be a fun and enjoyable activity for everyone.
