I have always thought that if we want to achieve something in life we must firmly propose it, maintain discipline and persistence until we achieve it. This is one of the many teachings that Jiu Jitzu has left me. This beautiful sport that has become part of my life. I am aware that martial arts do not build character, they reveal it. We are all born with immeasurable courage and determination, but it is as we go through the most rigorous tests that we rediscover those gifts, since the most significant victories are those that we achieve within ourselves.
