I am a yoga instructor. I love what I do and people I work with. This inspires me every day how mind can influence our body. I live in harmony with myself, I would say. People usually describe me as calm, kind,emitting happiness and no I don't live wearing pink glasses, happiness exists) It doesn't mean I never get nervous or feel bad emotions, I do, but I know how to balance myself back.
