I'm very adventurous girl, love nature, but most of all I love mountains. Hiking is my passion. This is a great hobby, it can take up all of your attention, so you get the chance to relax and forget your problems for a few hours. Another thing is that it can connect you to nature. While hiking or camping you will be able to appreciate the natural wonders of the world, and it has been shown, that a good connection with nature can significantly reduce stress levels. My motto is I'm live so that means I can do anything.
